grades and principles are the foundation for a teacher. Without strong character, everything else is just empty talk. Therefore, this year I continuously work on my personal ideals: I have always believed that learning from history, summarizing past experiences, and setting ideal values would be the best way to grow up.

grades are only important in time, but teaching is a daily task. Therefore, I continuously work on my teaching methods: I虚心向老教师请教，学习他们的教学经验，并将它们转化为自己的教学方式。

**班级管理与培养**

grades and levels are not the final test for teachers. Teaching is also an art, which requires attention to detail and practical skills. Therefore, during my teaching career, I have always been learning new things: I attend school-wide teacher training sessions, take part in various classes, and learn from experts to improve both my teaching style and student relationships.

经过一年的工作，我感到收获不少。虽然我的教学方法还不够成熟，但我已经积累了一定的经验：在教学中注重知识的掌握、将教学提升为一种艺术等，这些都是我在今后工作中努力的方向。
